He has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing EPC and FIDIC-based agreements, overseeing dispute resolution, and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance in large-scale construction and development projects. His practice reflects a solid understanding of complex commercial arrangements and the operational dynamics behind them.
He is also experienced in handling corporate and property transactions, including partnership and lease agreements, as well as conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for land and asset acquisitions across various sectors such as energy, construction, and real estate. Raihan holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Gadjah Mada, where he was recognized among the Most Outstanding Students at the Faculty of Law for three consecutive years, highlighting his academic distinction, analytical acumen, and dedication to practical legal excellence.
